Most peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, sterile glass vials. Some products are available as pre-dissolved liquids.

All Vital Chems products are ≥99% purity, verified by HPLC analysis. COAs from independent third-party labs are available for every product.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within 30 days.

Lyophilized peptides stored properly have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the manufacture date. Reconstituted peptides should be used within 30 days when refrigerated.

Yes. Every product in our catalog is independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory for identity, purity, and concentration before it is offered for sale.

COAs are available in our Lab Results library, accessible from the navigation menu. Each COA includes the batch number, HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and the testing lab's details.

Each vial is labeled with a batch number that corresponds to a specific COA in our library.

We use HPLC for purity analysis and Mass Spectrometry for molecular identity confirmation. These are the gold standard methods for peptide quality verification.

Most peptides are reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water). Some peptides such as IGF-1 LR3 require 0.6% Acetic Acid solution.

Using a sterile syringe, slowly inject the reconstitution solvent down the side of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.

This depends on the peptide and your intended concentration. A common method is to add 1–2mL of BAC water per vial.

Store reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator at 2–8°C. Do not freeze reconstituted peptides as this can degrade them. Use within 30 days of reconstitution for best results.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, sealed condition.

If you receive a damaged vial, wrong product, or there is an issue with your order, contact us at support@vitalpeptides.bio within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 2 additional business days. If still missing, contact us and we will investigate and reship if appropriate.
